Er. Sheikh A. Ahad, an alumnus of NIT Srinagar, serves as the Managing Director of SECL and manages the company along with a team of highly dedicated engineers. His work contribution within the UT of JK is itself exemplary and needs no introduction. He is the founder of this esteemed organization and a Geotech expert with an experience of over 24 years.
M.S. Salmani
(General Manager)
M. S. Salmani is the General Manager of SECL and looks after the entire financial and other administrative matters of the company. He has been managing various companies with an experience of more than45 years, particularly in hospitality industry.
Khalid Iqbal Malik
(Director Procurement)
Er. Khalid Iqbal Malik, an alumnus of Kashmir University, serves as the Director Procurement of SECL and manages all procurement related works within the company along with a team of enthusiastic engineers. He is an expert in Hydraulics with an experience of over 35 years.
Abdul Wahid
(Director-Technical & Advisory)
Er. Abdul Wahid, an alumnus of NIT Srinagar, serves as the Director Technical and Advisory Services of SECL. He manages all the technical works within the company and provides valuable advice to the company regarding various issues. He is a tunnel and hydropower expert with an experience of over 35 years. His other areas of expertise include roads, bridges and buildings besides irrigation canals and public health engineering. He has been at the position of Chief Engineer for Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir for 7 years.
Mussarat Azim
(Head-Mechanical Div)
Er. Mussarat Azim, an alumnus of NIT Srinagar, serves as the Head of Mechanical Division at SECL. He looks after the entire Mechanical Division and has more than 39 years of professional working experience in review of design, specifications, execution of piping fabrication and erection of hydro-mechanical equipment for irrigation and some other relevant projects in India and Iran.
